Covid-19 cases may be soaring, but Governor Greg Abbott says there will be no lockdowns during this wave in a series of interviews with Dallas radio stations. Last week, Governor Abbott said he has faith in a strategy announced in September that draws back reopening’s if covid hospitalizations are too high. He says his focus is on working to heal those who have covid, and he’s praising new antibody treatments, including one therapy drug that’s now being distributed to Texas hospitals. The governor says shipments of Regeneron, the antibody cocktail President Trump took when he had the virus, will be coming soon.
